I cancelled my subscription and you still charged me

Most likely what happened was you cancelled your subscription right after your payment was due on your billing cycle. If you believe this was an unauthorized transaction, you may submit an unauthorized charge claim here.
I did not authorize you to bill me

If you believe there was an unauthorized transaction on your card statement, you may submit an unauthorized charge claim.
I want to know how to delete my account

Simply click the checkbox next to "Disable my account" on the edit profile page.
I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, you MUST reset it.
It says my email is already taken when I try to register

Please use the reset password form to login to the account. If you want it removed, login and delete the account.
